John is developing a website that hopefully will be launching in the beginning of 2012 that is going to change the way chefs operate and manage their kitchens.
"I have seen many kitchens that serve fantastic food but do not have a tight grip on the operational and financial part of their business. As chefs go up through the ranks they are not taught this thoroughly enough. This website will change this, I want to help the up and coming chefs to be great managers."
There has been some fantastic restaurants opened in 2011 and the guide books have awarded some well deserving chefs.
It has been a great year for my businesses and have made some superb placements Internationally and in the UK as well as being involved with some great projects.
John has been working with the Irish Tourism development board "Failte Ireland" in working with certain 5 star hoteliers, chefs and F&B teams in analysing their businesses better.
I have been holding what I call "Chef & B" workshops with key clients in getting under the skin of their businesses and looking at ways in being more creative, increasing turn over and improving profits. It has been a great success, from this I am working with a few individual hotels working on a bespoke consultancy projects for them.
Because my Selective recruitment part of my business is so unique and I offer rates that nobody else can even get close to. I have managed to grow this part of my business quite considerably.I am still as strict on my selection process and do not send quantity but quality. If I find nothing suitable I will not send anything.
For 2012 I am working closely with one or two other agents that I know I can trust and I am advertising both Nationally and Internationally to find the best candidates that are sourcing positions.
John Has been approached by some huge property and restaurant developers in Baku, Azerbaijan to assist in their recruitment for both a london and a number of projects in Baku.

John has teamed up catering company Lemon Zest`s Director Natasha Steiner to take over the catering from Baxter Storey for the Mercedes GP Petronas site in Brackley , Northants.
The project is going really well and we shall be looking to expand in the new year.
