  • John works as a Culinary Consultant for Fáilte Ireland as his initial project John has completed a refurbishment of the restaurant and Bar Food offering of The Aghadoe Heights and Spa Hotel in Co. Kerry
  • Along with training tools and HACCP control systems. He will continue to work with the management team in 2011 on ensuring this development is continued and maintained.
