- Candidates will be personally interviewed by John to assess individual strengths and weaknesses.
- No Candidates will be presented by JWSR without passing a detailed vetting and interview process.
- Candidates will only be submitted if they are qualified to undertake the position. If no candidate is available for the position, John will continue to source the correct candidate until the position is filled.
- 20% of the agency fee will be paid by JWSR to the candidate after Qualifying Period.*
- A signed agreement will be given to the client confirming that the candidate will not be approached by JWSR for a period of 21 months after the candidates start date.
- Should the client require, JWSR will offer any mentoring needed for the candidates free of charge for the first 6 months.*
- No exclusive rights required for any position request.
- Food and Beverage Consultancy can be discussed and offered through John Wood Consultancy Ltd as an after sales service.
